Muna Healthcare offers a structured range of services and supports designed to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, in achieving stability, independence, and active participation in their communities. All services are provided in alignment with Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs and are delivered with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and accountability.
We accept P/FDS, Community Living, and Consolidated waivers.

Supports individuals with daily living, community participation, and independence in home and community settings.

Assistance with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a safe living environment.

Provides supervision and social support to help individuals stay engaged, build relationships, and remain active in their communities.

Supports individuals in participating in community activities, developing social skills, and increasing independence.

Short-term care that gives family caregivers relief while ensuring individuals receive safe, consistent support.

Structured support to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenges, implemented in collaboration with the individual’s care team.

Skilled nursing services provided by licensed professionals to meet complex medical and health needs.
Individuals and families can access services through their assigned Supports Coordinator and Administrative Entity (AE).
Step 1: Contact Your Supports Coordinator
Notify your Supports Coordinator that you are interested in receiving services from Muna Healthcare.
Step 2: Request Muna Healthcare as Your Provider
Ask your Supports Coordinator to add Muna Healthcare to your Individual Support Plan (ISP).
Step 3: Referral Submission
Your Supports Coordinator will submit a referral to Muna Healthcare for review.
Step 4: Intake & Service Start
Our team will contact you to complete the intake process and begin services.
